General Terms Of Use

• You do not need to provide credit back to me.
• Anything you find here in the members section may be used for commercial and personal use but you cannot use them to make other commercial use items. You may only use these in personal use projects, with the exception being Doll Bodies - Doll Body makers may sell bodies made from my posers.
• No refunds - under any circumstances. The amount of material available for download is more than worth the value of your membership.
• Anything you find here which may be a copyright issue is unintentional. If you have any issues with anything on this site, please do not hesitate to contact me with your concerns so we can address the problem. I do not believe in drama and would like to solve these matters in a civilized manner.
• Do not alter my work and claim it as your own.
• My Heads, whether purchased or staff heads ARE NOT TO BE RESIZED.
• Do not include any of my tubes or backgrounds or bodies in collections for downloading or sharing or in tutorial resource kits or in SCRAPKITS. *Ammendment - you may include 3 tubes only in kits for Personal Use only*
• Do not share my files with anyone - this is a breach of your membership and your membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
